Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return any unsuitable items to ZOAYY. RETURN & HOLIDAY EXTENSIONS To provide a more convenient holiday shopping experience, ZOAYY has extended its return window period. Orders placed on www.zoayy.com from November 1st to December 24th can be returned to our stores in their original packaging and unused condition until January 31st. However, orders placed after December 24th will be subject to the standard 30-day return policy.
